I really enjoyed this book. First off I want to say that self help books are sometimes what you can afford. When that happens and you don't have tons of money for expensive therapy techniques you can definitely turn to this book for self help. In other words I highly recommend for those that have problems with anxiety in their lives. Nothing wrong with tending to your higher self too. Dr. Berndt recommends therapy options along with this book. So, not going against what the doctor states, I do acknowledge this as well. I know that I will be able to incorporate the easy techniques when I may be in a bind. I along with my mother suffer from anxiety and it is a relief to be able to deal with it instead of pushing it off for another day.
Dr. Berndt gives his readers a very concise as well as easy to read book. No one is left wondering about anything in particular and Dr. Berndt does not hesitate in extending his thanks to those in his field that also helped him. I appreciate an author that appreciates the work and expertise of others especially when they are not shy to acknowledge others.
I give this book a rating of FIVE stars and encourage those that are struggling with anxiety to purchase a copy today!
